Ajman property market records Dh1.65 billion in July with 1,517 transactions
Investment activity remains robust across key residential and industrial areas
AJMAN – Ajman's real estate sector maintained its strong momentum in July, recording property transactions worth Dh1.65 billion as investment activity continued across the emirate.
A total of 1,517 real estate transactions were completed during the month, highlighting sustained demand for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
The latest figures also point to steady interest from investors, with trading and mortgage activity remaining robust across several key locations.
Trading activity
According to the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, the total trading volume reached Dh1.08 billion through 1,296 transactions during July.
The total number of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman during the month of July reached 1,517 transactions, with a combined value of AED 1.65 billion.

Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department, said the market continued its upward trajectory, supported by diverse investment opportunities and growing direct demand for different types of properties across the emirate.
Mortgage activity also remained strong during the month, with 138 mortgage transactions valued at Dh341 million. Al Jurf Industrial 1 recorded the highest single mortgage transaction at Dh20.9 million.
Top locations
Among the emirate's major developments, Ajman Uptown emerged as the most actively traded project in July. It was followed by Ajman One and Emirates City, reflecting continued buyer interest across established residential communities.
At the neighbourhood level, Al Helio 2 topped the list of the most traded areas, ahead of Al Helio 1 and Manama 14.
The highest-value property sale recorded during the month was in Al Jurf Industrial 1, where a single transaction reached Dh22.5 million.
The July figures add to Ajman's sustained property market activity, with the latest data showing continued investor participation across a broad range of developments and neighbourhoods, supported by rising demand and an expanding mix of investment opportunities.
